Thanks for a note.  I read some books about people who are studying this and it really all has to do the way our body metabolizes food.  That research shows that citric foods are normally concerted into alkalinity, especially during and after exercise.  I&#039;m certainly not an authority on any of this; this is more of an opinion based on some reading :-)  Cheers, Tadas</description>
